Detailed Itinerary
Day 01 : Nairobi to Maasai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast, you will depart from your private house in Nairobi. The journey begins with a scenic drive across the dramatic Great Rift Valley. Along the way, you will make a brief stop at Narok Township, a bustling Maasai business center. Continuing your drive, you will soon arrive at the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Upon reaching the lodge, you will enjoy a delicious lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will set off on an exciting game drive. As you explore, keep an eye out for the “Big Five”: lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalos, and leopards. After the drive, you will return to the camp for a delightful dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 02 : Exploring Maasai Mara Game Reserve
The day starts with a hearty breakfast at the lodge. You will then embark on both morning and afternoon game drives, immersing yourself in one of the world’s greatest wildernesses. The Maasai Mara is home to a vast array of wildlife, including giraffes, elands, topis, impalas, zebras, and gazelles. For an additional cost, you can opt for a hot-air balloon ride or a trip to Lake Victoria for fishing. As the day winds down, you will participate in a memorable Bush Sundowner, an al fresco cocktail party with stunning views of the savannah at sunset. Afterward, you will return to Mara Sarova Game Lodge or Base Camp Explorer for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 03 : Maasai Mara Game Reserve to Nairobi
You will rise early for one last game drive at sunrise. Following this, you will return to the lodge for a proper English breakfast. Afterward, you will check out and begin the drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will check into a hotel for dayroom use, giving you time to relax, shop, or sightsee. In the evening, you will be driven to the airport for your flight home, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
