Detailed Itinerary
Day 01 : Arrival in Kigali
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, our company representative will warmly welcome you. After clearing customs and exchanging currency, you will drive to your hotel. The driver will brief you about the safari and the detailed program. Spend the night at Hotel Des Mille Collines, resting well for the adventure ahead.

Day 02 : City Tour and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before checking out. Embark on a city tour that includes a visit to the Kigali Gisozi Genocide Memorial and local markets. Enjoy lunch at a restaurant of your choice. Afterward, transfer to Musanze, home to mountain gorillas and golden monkeys. On the way, admire Rwanda’s scenic landscapes and plains. After checking in at Da Vinci Gorilla Lodge, relax and enjoy the amenities. In the evening, visit the Twin Lakes Burera and Ruhondo, where you can walk and birdwatch around the scenic area. Return to the lodge for dinner and a restful night.

Day 03 : Bisoke Hike and Cultural Experience
After an early breakfast, head to RDB Headquarters for a briefing. Join a group to hike Mount Bisoke, reaching the crater lake after a 4-hour ascent. Descend in about 2 hours, then return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Gorilla Guardians’ former Iby’iwacu cultural village center. Engage with locals through music, dance, and storytelling, learning about Rwandan traditions. After this cultural immersion, drive back to the lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 04 : Golden Monkey Trek and Return to Kigali
Enjoy breakfast before heading to the park headquarters for the golden monkey trek briefing. Spend an hour observing these playful creatures in their natural habitat. After the trek, check out and drive back to Kigali. Enjoy lunch en route and shop for souvenirs before heading to Kigali International Airport for your departure.
